A US health expert claimed that celery juice has healing powers unparalleled for chronic and mental diseases, bacterial infections and viruses. Anthony William, who has more than a million and a half followers at Instagram, said celery juice has a “magical” effect in healing many chronic and intractable diseases.
William is advised to drink a liter of celery juice every morning on an empty stomach and wait for 30 minutes before eating anything else.
William, who works as a spiritual health consultant, claims that celery juice has recovered and continues to heal millions of people around the world, but scientific evidence supporting his claims is still very few.
According to William, the sodium found in celery can help fight chronic pathogens, and can help neutralize and expel toxins from the liver, and can kill bacteria and kill the herpes virus.
William points out that obtaining celery juice extract and removing fiber from it is the only way to get the powerful healing benefits of chronic disease.
Since William has not provided any scientific evidence of his claims, he has received a lot of criticism from a number of nutrition scientists including Cannon Lambert, who said that celery contains a large amount of water and can not get any benefits from it after the removal of fibers, which contain a lot of Nutrients.
Lambert also warned against eating large amounts of celery juice, because excessive drinking of any liquid, however beneficial, can cause serious health damage.
Nutrition experts confirm that William’s claims on Ingram are not based on any proven medical information, and warned against relying on celery juice to treat any disease, and consult with the doctor in the case of a health problem intractable, according to the transmission of the “Odette Central.”
